Attentiveness and awareness are essential, as employees must keep their eyes on the floor at all times without zoning out. Bussing supplies must be restocked prior to every shift's peak, guaranteeing that the team is prepared for busy periods. Daily duties consist of clearing tables quickly, alerting servers to food ready for pickup, and restocking necessary bussing supplies.

On a weekly basis, Food Runners/Bussers are expected to report any recurrent service slowdowns to the Service Manager and maintain a clean station area through deep cleaning. The role demands a proactive approach with no tolerance for slow pace during service times, ensuring that work is completed thoroughly and efficiently. Leaving tables only partially reset or ignoring food in the window area is unacceptable. Employees are held accountable for their performance, with dismissal possible if food is neglected in the window for five or more minutes three times within a month.
