Job Duties
- Clear tables within 60 seconds of guests leaving
- fully reset tables before the next guests sit down
- ensure food never sits in the window more than 2 minutes
- restock bussing supplies before peak every shift
- keep eyes on the floor at all times and never zone out
- report recurring service slowdowns to Service Manager weekly
- deep clean station area every week
