Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to stand walk and move quickly for extended periods during shifts
  • Basic knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to learn POS systems and follow restaurant protocols
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required enthusiasm for learning is key
  • Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate smoothly with team members and interact positively with guests
  • Ability to stand walk and move quickly for extended periods during shifts
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus willingness to learn new technology is essential
  • Experience in banquet service hotel hospitality or culinary settings enhances your candidacy

Job Duties

  • Deliver freshly prepared dishes from the kitchen to guests efficiently maintaining food quality and presentation standards
  • Clear and reset tables quickly to prepare for new guests ensuring a clean and welcoming environment
  • Assist servers by bussing tables refilling water glasses and providing additional support during busy service periods
  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining area including sweeping floors wiping down surfaces and organizing service stations
  • Support food handling and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding special requests or timing adjustments using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS
  • Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations and guest satisfaction
