Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand walk and move quickly for extended periods during shifts
- Basic knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Willingness to learn POS systems and follow restaurant protocols
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required enthusiasm for learning is key
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
- Strong communication skills to coordinate smoothly with team members and interact positively with guests
- Ability to stand walk and move quickly for extended periods during shifts
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus willingness to learn new technology is essential
- Experience in banquet service hotel hospitality or culinary settings enhances your candidacy
- A proactive attitude with excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Job Duties
- Deliver freshly prepared dishes from the kitchen to guests efficiently maintaining food quality and presentation standards
- Clear and reset tables quickly to prepare for new guests ensuring a clean and welcoming environment
- Assist servers by bussing tables refilling water glasses and providing additional support during busy service periods
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area including sweeping floors wiping down surfaces and organizing service stations
- Support food handling and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding special requests or timing adjustments using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations and guest satisfaction
