We are currently hiring for Support positions at Casa del Barco Short Pump, which includes Food Runner/Busser and Barback roles. These support roles are crucial to the smooth operation of the restaurant and bar, ensuring guests receive timely service and enjoy a comfortable, clean, and organized dining environment. Food Runners/Bussers focus on delivering food efficiently from the kitchen to the table, resetting tables, assisting servers, and maintaining overall cleanliness. Barbacks support bartenders by stocking liquors, garnishes, glassware, and supplies while keeping the bar organized and assisting with dishwashing and fulfilling guest needs when necessary.
Employees in these support roles are expected to communicate clearly with both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) staff, uphold cleanliness and safety standards, promptly respond to guest requests, and work as part of a team to ensure excellent service delivery. This is a fast-paced, guest-focused environment that values a positive team-first mindset. Applicants should be comfortable working in a physically demanding role, able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and navigate stairs during shifts. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Job Requirements
- Food Runner/Busser: 16+ age
- Barback: 18+ age
- Availability to work weekends and some holidays

Job Duties
- Deliver food quickly and accurately from kitchen to table
- Reset and clean tables for the next guests
- Assist servers and engage positively with guests
- Stock liquor, garnishes, glassware, and supplies
- Support bartenders by keeping the bar organized and fully supplied
- Assist with dishwashing and guest needs as required
- Communicate clearly with FOH and BOH staff
