We are currently offering an exciting part-time weekend opportunity for a Food Runner / Service Assistant. This role is essential in supporting the grill operations by ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of orders to guests' tables. The position requires a highly responsible and active individual who thrives in a high-volume setting and demonstrates a strong customer service orientation. Working closely with the grill team and management, the Food Runner / Service Assistant plays a pivotal role in maintaining a seamless dining experience. The schedule is Saturdays and Sundays from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, providing a consistent and structured weekend work commitment.
The ideal candidate will be quick, organized, and possess a positive attitude along with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. This role involves not just delivering food orders, but also supporting overall operational functions such as maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and assisting other service areas as needed. It is a hands-on position requiring physical stamina, as it involves standing and moving for extended periods and safely carrying trays and products.

- Experience in food service or customer service roles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic operation

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, food runner, customer service, cashier, or similar roles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and customer-oriented environment

- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Deliver orders from the grill to tables quickly, professionally, and accurately
- Provide cordial and friendly customer service during shifts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable dining area
- Support clearing trays, utensils, and service items when necessary
- Replenish supplies, condiments, and service stations
- Communicate effectively with the grill team and report operational needs to the manager
- Collaborate with various operational tasks as required
- Work with urgency during high customer volume periods
