Job Requirements

- Previous experience in restaurant or food service environment preferred

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
- Current TABC certification preferred

- Strong customer service skills with emphasis on guest relations
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Answer phone calls with professional phone etiquette, addressing inquiries, taking to-go orders, and call ahead seating
- Sell packaged craft beer
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
- Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Provide information about menu items and specials to guests as needed
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism, striving for resolution
- Support overall guest services by helping with any additional needs that arise during their visit
