The position involves completing closing tasks essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety in the workplace. Responsibilities include storing reusable merchandise, disassembling goods, cleaning equipment and areas, securing refrigerators and doors, replenishing articles, and ensuring all cleaning checklists are completed daily. The role also requires organizing and maintaining work areas, inspecting the cleanliness and presentation of dining ware, and sustaining cleanliness throughout operational hours through constant cleaning procedures.

Safety and security are paramount in this role. Adhering to company safety policies, reporting maintenance or safety issues, and participating in relevant training and certification are mandatory. The ideal candidate will present a professional appearance and maintain the confidentiality and protection of company property.
