Maggiano's Little Italy is a renowned restaurant known for its authentic Italian American cuisine and warm, friendly atmosphere. As part of Brinker International, a leader in the casual dining industry, Maggiano's represents a commitment to quality food, excellent service, and memorable dining experiences. Founded with the vision to bring people together to celebrate family and friends, Maggiano's has become a beloved dining destination where guests can enjoy classic Italian dishes served with genuine hospitality. With its roots tracing back to the original pioneer of casual dining, Brinker International has created a unique environment that honors tradition while embracing innovation in the foodservice industry.

At Maggiano's, the Foodrunner position is an essential role within the front-of-house team, responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of dishes from the kitchen to the guests. Foodrunners work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to guarantee that each meal is presented beautifully and delivered promptly, enhancing the overall dining experience. This role requires dedication, attention to detail, and a passion for service in a high-energy environment where teamwork and communication are key.

Foodrunners at Maggiano's contribute to what the company calls "The Maggiano's Way," a philosophy emphasizing community, celebration, and respect for guests and coworkers alike. This role suits individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments, have a love for food, and appreciate the importance of creating lasting memories for guests through exceptional service. Maggiano's also values the personal growth and career development of its team members, offering competitive earning opportunities, training and development programs, and a supportive workplace culture.

In addition to its vibrant restaurant environment, Maggiano's is committed to giving back to the community through partnerships with organizations such as the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the North Texas Food Bank. Employees have the pride of working for a brand that not only serves delicious food but also supports meaningful causes and fosters a spirit of generosity and care.

Benefits of working at Maggiano's include access to healthcare plans, tuition assistance, 401(k) savings plans with company match, rewards programs, and various employee discounts. This reflects the company's investment in both the well-being and professional advancement of its employees. Foodrunners will find a workplace that encourages teamwork, respects hard work, and celebrates the contributions of every individual, making it an excellent opportunity for those seeking a dynamic and fulfilling role in the hospitality industry.

Overall, the Foodrunner role at Maggiano's Little Italy offers the chance to be part of a historic brand with a reputation for excellence in casual dining.
