Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience or training required
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Ability to multitask in fast paced environments
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods in a humid kitchen and dining environment and frequently lift push pull and carry up to 30 plus pounds

Job Duties
- Maintain a high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
- Deliver food orders from kitchen to tables quickly and accurately
- Comply with nutrition sanitation and safety standards at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of the dining area
- Maintain table settings by delivering courses replenishing utensils and being alert to beverage needs
- Assist servers and kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and service staff regarding order status and guest needs
- Support service operations during peak business periods
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean organized work area and professional appearance in compliance with uniform and grooming standards
- Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of proprietary client and guest information
- Perform other duties consistent with the functions of this position as needed at the property
