Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- capable of performing physical tasks including moving, lifting, pushing, pulling, and placing items less than 50 pounds
- able to stand, sit, or walk for long periods
- able to read and verify information
- able to reach, bend, twist, stoop, and navigate various surfaces and stairways
- maintain professional appearance and wear clean uniform
- comply with company safety policies
- report safety issues and complete training
- maintain confidentiality of company information
- support coworkers respectfully
- complete closing and cleaning duties
- greet guests professionally
- answer phones appropriately
Job Qualifications

- prior customer service experience preferred
- previous experience in food service environments valued

Job Duties
- complete closing tasks such as storing reusable merchandise
- dismantle merchandise displays
- clean all equipment and areas
- store equipment properly
- lock refrigerators
- restock items
- turn off lights
- lock doors
- complete daily cleaning checklist
- organize, stock, and maintain work areas
- inspect cleanliness and presentation of porcelain, glassware, and silverware before use
- maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
- comply with company safety policies
- report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- complete safety training and certifications
- maintain a clean and professional personal appearance
- protect company property and confidential information
- support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
- assist team in achieving common goals
- meet quality assurance standards
- move, lift, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- read and visually verify information in various formats
- reach overhead and below the knees, bend, twist waist, drag and stoop
- navigate inclined, uneven, slippery surfaces and stairways
- greet guests according to company standards
- speak clearly and professionally
- answer telephone calls using appropriate etiquette
- perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisors
