Job Requirements

  • At least one year of work experience in a similar role is highly preferred
  • Standing and walking up to eight hours continuously
  • Lifting up to 25 lbs alone, and up to 50 lbs as a team
  • Ability to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to communicate clearly with team members and guests
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic restaurant setting

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare the service window area for efficient service
  • Garnish dishes as specified to enhance presentation and appeal
  • Ensure ticket accuracy and uphold quality control standards
  • Communicate any quality issues to the chef or manager promptly
  • Deliver food to tables accurately and with silent service
  • Provide detailed information about food to guests upon delivery
  • Pre-bus tables to maintain a clean dining environment
  • Assist with general guest requests to enhance their dining experience
  • Collaborate with team to address guest needs
  • escalate concerns to management as necessary
  • Maintain a clean and organized station, thoroughly cleaning at the end of each shift
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulation
  • Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return, using authentic Turkish phrases
  • Roll silverware and set up dining areas to prepare for the next shift or for large parties
  • Stock service areas with supplies such as condiments, food, tableware, paper goods, and linens
  • Pack and prepare to-go orders
  • Inform manager on duty of any guest issues or concerns
  • Maintain running side work
