Job Requirements
- At least one year of work experience in a similar role is highly preferred
- Standing and walking up to eight hours continuously
- Lifting up to 25 lbs alone, and up to 50 lbs as a team
- Ability to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and guests
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic restaurant setting
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of work experience in a similar role is highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Job Duties
- Prepare the service window area for efficient service
- Garnish dishes as specified to enhance presentation and appeal
- Ensure ticket accuracy and uphold quality control standards
- Communicate any quality issues to the chef or manager promptly
- Deliver food to tables accurately and with silent service
- Provide detailed information about food to guests upon delivery
- Pre-bus tables to maintain a clean dining environment
- Assist with general guest requests to enhance their dining experience
- Collaborate with team to address guest needs
- escalate concerns to management as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized station, thoroughly cleaning at the end of each shift
- Adhere to all health and safety regulation
- Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return, using authentic Turkish phrases
- Roll silverware and set up dining areas to prepare for the next shift or for large parties
- Stock service areas with supplies such as condiments, food, tableware, paper goods, and linens
- Pack and prepare to-go orders
- Inform manager on duty of any guest issues or concerns
- Maintain running side work
