Job Requirements

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to carry trays and lift items up to 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Ensure each plate is perfectly prepared by tracking cooking times on all orders
Check finished product for proper degree of doneness, appearance, and plate presentation
Deliver food to the correct table, guaranteeing every guest receives exactly what they’ve ordered
Support the server as needed to optimize the guest's dining experience
Demonstrate a guest-first mindset, placing a high priority on the guest experience
Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth and timely service
Maintain clean and organized food runner station
