Job Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Ensure each plate is perfectly prepared by tracking cooking times on all orders
  • Check finished product for proper degree of doneness, appearance, and plate presentation
  • Deliver food to the correct table, guaranteeing every guest receives exactly what they’ve ordered
  • Support the server as needed to optimize the guest's dining experience
  • Demonstrate a guest-first mindset, placing a high priority on the guest experience
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth and timely service
  • Maintain clean and organized food runner station
