Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Ensure each plate is perfectly prepared by tracking cooking times on all orders
- Check finished product for proper degree of doneness, appearance, and plate presentation
- Deliver food to the correct table, guaranteeing every guest receives exactly what they’ve ordered
- Support the server as needed to optimize the guest's dining experience
- Demonstrate a guest-first mindset, placing a high priority on the guest experience
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth and timely service
- Maintain clean and organized food runner station
