Duties include greeting and acknowledging guests promptly, assisting with deliveries, stocking condiments and utensils, and managing the food pavilion set-up and closure. Knowledge of menu pricing, product preparation, and operation of all line equipment is essential. The role also entails maintaining the appearance of the patio furniture, ensuring umbrellas are properly opened and closed, and reporting any safety or spoilage concerns. Job Requirements
- Experience in a food service environment is strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays, weekends, and evenings
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to kneel, push, pull, and lift up to 30 lbs
- Must have a can-do attitude
- Ability to cooperate with team members

Job Duties
- Serve and replenish food items offered at the restaurant
- Maintain food service and cleanliness
- Handle guest transactions and ensure smooth and efficient register operations

- Assist in storing all deliveries
- Stock condiments and utensils in the beverage area
- Fill coffee and teapots

- Pull in signs and shut down the Food Pavilion
- Know menu pricing, product locations, and specials
- Understand how each product is prepared along with its condiments
- Operate all line equipment
- Report safety and quality/spoilage issues
