Job Requirements

Experience in a food service environment is strongly preferred
Strong interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays, weekends, and evenings
Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Ability to kneel, push, pull, and lift up to 30 lbs
Must have a can-do attitude
Ability to cooperate with team members

Job Qualifications

Experience in a food service environment is strongly preferred

Knowledge of menu pricing and product preparation
Ability to operate food service line equipment

Job Duties

Serve and replenish food items offered at the restaurant
Maintain food service and cleanliness
Handle guest transactions and ensure smooth and efficient register operations
Greet and acknowledge guests warmly and promptly
Maintain sanitation and cleanliness at all times
Assist in storing all deliveries
Stock condiments and utensils in the beverage area
Fill coffee and teapots
Maintain the appearance of patio furniture and manage umbrella opening and closing
Pull in signs and shut down the Food Pavilion
Know menu pricing, product locations, and specials
Understand how each product is prepared along with its condiments
Operate all line equipment
Report safety and quality/spoilage issues
Exhibit a can-do attitude and total cooperation
