We are currently seeking enthusiastic Food Runners to join our vibrant team. This role is hourly, paying $21.30 per hour plus tips, making it an attractive opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and customer service. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the Guest dining experience by partnering closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of dishes. Your responsibilities include tracking cooking times, verifying the presentation and quality of each plate, and making sure guests receive exactly what they ordered to their satisfaction. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Physical stamina to stand and carry food trays for extended periods
Basic understanding of food safety protocols
Good interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Ensure each plate is perfectly prepared by tracking cooking times on all orders, checking finished product for proper degree of doneness, appearance, and plate presentation
Deliver food to the correct table, guaranteeing every Guest receives exactly what they have ordered, just the way they like it
Support the Server as needed to optimize the Guest's dining experience
Demonstrate a Guest first mindset, placing a high priority on the Guest experience
Partner with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate food delivery
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service
