Job Duties
- Delivering food to guest quickly, efficiently and presenting the dish name for identification and familiarity
- Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival
- Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible
- Inspect table for proper presentation and completeness
- Knowledge of details of every dish on the menu
- Relay messages and table information to servers, hosts and kitchen as needed
- Clear tables of all trash, food, and debris
- sweep/vacuum underneath table and reset with proper signage and supplies
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
