Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays weighing up to 25 pounds
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a food runner, server assistant, or similar role preferred but not required
Ability to carry trays and navigate a busy dining room with ease
Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills
Friendly, positive demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Food handler’s certification or ability to obtain prior to start

Job Duties

Deliver food orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guest tables
Present dishes with knowledge of ingredients when appropriate, elevating the guest experience
Assist servers by clearing plates, resetting tables, and refilling beverages
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas
Communicate clearly with kitchen and FOH teams to ensure smooth service flow
Support team members during peak hours to maintain exceptional service standards
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols
