Job Requirements

- Must be personable and enthusiastic
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and use point-of-sale systems
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as cleaning and lifting

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Take customer food orders and accurately process payments
- Provide outstanding hospitality and service to guests
- Monitor tables for guest needs and customer service opportunities
- Set up and maintain game room prize displays and counters
- Pre-bus tables regularly during and after guest visits
- Clean chairs, booths, and highchairs as needed
- Monitor FOH areas, restrooms, and parking lot for maintenance
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop FOH areas
- Check restrooms for cleanliness and restock supplies
- Perform opening and closing procedures for assigned FOH station
- Assist other BOH and FOH stations
- Perform all other duties as assigned
