Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong communication skills

- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Ensure each plate is perfectly prepared by tracking cooking times on all orders and checking finished product for proper degree of doneness and presentation
- Deliver food to the correct table guaranteeing every guest receives exactly what they have ordered just the way they like it
- Support the server as needed to optimize the guest's dining experience
- Demonstrate a guest-first mindset placing a high priority on the guest experience
- Partner with servers and kitchen staff to deliver a perfectly timed high-quality dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food running stations
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow
