Job Requirements
- Restaurant experience preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal, oral, presentation and written communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment
- Excellent guest service skills
- Pleasant and accommodating personality with continuous and outgoing demeanor
- Communicate with management regarding guest questions and/or comments
- Maintain positive attitude towards each guest and fellow team members and management
- Promote and participate in a strong team effort
- Ability to initiate communication effectively with staff and guests

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly and outgoing demeanor and accommodate any special needs or guest requests
- Run food orders throughout restaurant
- Stock glassware, flatware, and napkins in all areas necessary on a continual basis
- Take full bus trays to the dish area and replace empty bus trays in the service stations
- Sort dishes at the dish area to help expedite cleaning
- Empty dining room trash cans as needed
- Perform side work before, during and after shift as has ended
- Maintain a clean and organized work area/station
- Assist other team members and management as needed
- Assist in maintaining a safe working environment
- Present professional demeanor in attire, language and attitude
- Purchase and wear appropriate uniform
