Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred
ServSafe certificate
Allergens certificate
ability to communicate effectively with guests and kitchen staff
physical ability to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally
friendly and calm demeanor

Job Duties

Delivering food orders from the kitchen to guest tables rapidly and accurately
making sure all plates are consistently plated and garnished and alerting chefs of any issues
assisting in bussing tables and clearing plates
greeting and pouring water for guests when they arrive and throughout their dinner
communicating food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities such as food allergies
explaining the food to guests as you deliver it
being knowledgeable about the food in order to answer any questions the guest may have
maintaining a calm and friendly attitude at all times
being physically able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, exert up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and exert up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
