Job Duties
- Take customer food orders and process payments using point-of-sale terminal
- Provide outstanding hospitality and service to guests
- Continually monitor tables for guest needs and customer service opportunities
- Set up game room prize displays and maintain clean, organized counters
- Pre-bus tables regularly during and after guest visits
- Wipe down and clean chairs, booths, and highchairs as needed
- Monitor front-of-house areas, restrooms, and parking lot for maintenance needs
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop FOH areas
- Check restrooms for cleanliness and supplies
- Perform opening and closing procedures for assigned FOH station
- Assist other back-of-house and front-of-house stations
- Perform all other duties as assigned
