Job Requirements

  • At least one year of experience working in a full-service restaurant
  • Flexibility to work a seasonal full-time schedule from May through October
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs regularly
  • Proficiency in English with good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Experience in luxury food and beverage environments preferred
  • Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service-ware
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic computational ability
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs regularly
  • Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Second language skills are desirable

Job Duties

  • Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner
  • Ensure that food presentation meets restaurant standards and confirm order accuracy before delivery
  • Assist servers and kitchen staff with coordination and communication to ensure high-quality service
  • Support table setup and clearing between courses or after meals as needed
  • Refill water, bread, and condiments throughout the guest's dining experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and the expo line
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
  • Demonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and a service-first attitude at all times
