Job Requirements

At least one year of experience working in a full-service restaurant
Flexibility to work a seasonal full-time schedule from May through October
Ability to lift up to 30lbs regularly
Proficiency in English with good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols

Job Qualifications

At least one year of experience in a full-service restaurant
Experience in luxury food and beverage environments preferred
Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service-ware
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic computational ability
Ability to lift up to 30lbs regularly
Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Second language skills are desirable

Job Duties

Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner
Ensure that food presentation meets restaurant standards and confirm order accuracy before delivery
Assist servers and kitchen staff with coordination and communication to ensure high-quality service
Support table setup and clearing between courses or after meals as needed
Refill water, bread, and condiments throughout the guest's dining experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and the expo line
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
Demonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and a service-first attitude at all times
