Currently, Din Tai Fung is hiring Food Runners who play a crucial role in maintaining the restaurant's seamless dining experience. Food Runners are responsible for ensuring that food comes from the kitchen to guests’ tables swiftly and accurately. They are vital to the restaurant’s service flow, acting as dependable links between the kitchen team and servers to guarantee each guest receives their meal quickly while preserving the presentation and quality expected by Din Tai Fung.

Food Runners also support the efficient packing of takeout orders, maintaining clean and organized stations in accordance with the restaurant’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), which reinforces Din Tai Fung’s commitment to quality and consistency. This role is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring candidates to be energetic, attentive to detail, and collaborative, thriving in a team-oriented environment.
