Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely manner

Job Duties
- Guarantee that the gastronomic experience of the guest, in general, is pleasant, timely and pleasant
- Provide a professional and welcoming attitude when interacting with guests and employees
- Remove dirty dishes and utensils between courses
- Make sure tables are clear, clean and quickly reset between seats
- Appropriate entrees from Perry's, including Pork Chops, Chateaubriand and Bone-In Tenderloin Steaks tableside for guests
- Assist the chef team with ongoing maintenance of kitchen, including replenishing appropriate cutlery and crockery, cleaning all surfaces and floors throughout the kitchen
