Job Duties
- ensure each plate is perfectly prepared by tracking cooking times on all orders
- check finished product for proper degree of doneness, appearance, and plate presentation
- deliver food to the correct table guaranteeing every guest receives exactly what they've ordered
- support the server as needed to optimize the guest's dining experience
- demonstrate a guest first mindset placing a high priority on the guest experience
- partner with servers and kitchen staff to deliver a timely and high quality dining experience
