We are currently hiring for the position of Food Runner/Server, available for both full-time and part-time employment. This role is a fantastic opportunity either to start a career in the restaurant industry or to earn income with flexible hours. Working as a Food Runner/Server at Nando's means being a vital part of delivering the unique and memorable Nando's dining experience to every guest. The role focuses on ensuring that guests receive their meals promptly and with a friendly attitude, while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization.
The Food Runner/Server transports food orders from the kitchen directly to guests' tables, announces the dishes with enthusiasm, and ensures all tables and stations are kept clean and well-prepared throughout the shift. This involves continuous interaction with customers and team members, requiring excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. The position also includes various side duties, such as setting and resetting tables, to maintain a smooth and enjoyable dining environment.
Nando's offers competitive base wages complemented by an average earning of $3 to $4 per hour in tips, creating a rewarding compensation package. Many Nando's restaurant locations have multiple levels, so the ability to climb stairs comfortably is important.

Job Qualifications
