We are currently hiring for the position of Food Runner/Server, available for both full-time and part-time employment. The Food Runner/Server transports food orders from the kitchen directly to guests' tables, announces the dishes with enthusiasm, and ensures all tables and stations are kept clean and well-prepared throughout the shift. This involves continuous interaction with customers and team members, requiring excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. The position also includes various side duties, such as setting and resetting tables, to maintain a smooth and enjoyable dining environment.

Physical requirements for the role include the ability to lift up to 15 pounds independently and sustain physical activity such as standing, walking, and climbing stairs for long periods during the shift. Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to perform actions such as reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting overhead are also essential. Many Nando's restaurant locations have multiple levels, so the ability to climb stairs comfortably is important.
