Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- Valid Food Handlers certification required
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Must comply with appearance standards
Job Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary
- Ability to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the guests
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (4 to 8 hours)
- Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver items weighing up to 25 pounds
- Must be friendly, outgoing, and enjoy working with guests of all ages
- Must maintain a valid Food Handlers certification
- Must adhere to established appearance guidelines
Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival with a smile
- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner
- Assist guests with any condiment needs
- Address any guest questions about food or game play
- Pre-bus tables as needed
- Maintain clean flooring in the dining area
- Accommodate special guest requests whenever possible
- Keep the dining area clean and free of clutter throughout the shift
- Wipe down all tables and chairs at the end of the shift
- Reset and restock all condiments on tables and in the dining area
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
