Water Grill is currently hiring for the Busser position on a part-time and full-time basis with pay averaging between $400 and $1,200 per week, equating to $16.66 per hour plus tip share. This role is vital in supporting the overall guest experience by maintaining the dining environment and assisting the service team efficiently. The Busser position involves multitasking in a fast-paced environment, ensuring tables are promptly cleared and reset, stock levels are maintained, and guests receive attentive, courteous service. Job Requirements

  • Complete opening duties as assigned
  • Clear and reset tables according to the restaurant's guidelines
  • Keep bus stations stocked with supplies

  • Follow restaurant's service standards when serving and assisting guests
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness throughout shift
  • Complete closing duties as assigned
