Job Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Applicants under 18 may be required to provide a valid school work permit
Must have or be able to obtain a California Food Handler Certificate before training
Competent to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, including frequent overhead lifting
Capable to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
Clear communication skills and a guest-first mindset

Job Duties

Pick up and deliver food orders promptly and accurately to guests
Ensure dishes are presented correctly and consistently, meeting restaurant quality standards
Communicate guest requests and special instructions clearly to servers and kitchen staff
Assist servers and kitchen staff as needed to support smooth and timely service
Complete opening, side work, and closing duties to keep the service areas organized and ready for the next shift
Anticipate needs during service to help create a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests
Maintain all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in accordance with Health Department and restaurant guidelines
