Job Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Applicants under 18 may be required to provide a valid school work permit
  • Must have or be able to obtain a California Food Handler Certificate before training
  • Competent to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, including frequent overhead lifting
  • Capable to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Job Duties

  • Pick up and deliver food orders promptly and accurately to guests
  • Ensure dishes are presented correctly and consistently, meeting restaurant quality standards
  • Communicate guest requests and special instructions clearly to servers and kitchen staff
  • Assist servers and kitchen staff as needed to support smooth and timely service
  • Complete opening, side work, and closing duties to keep the service areas organized and ready for the next shift
  • Anticipate needs during service to help create a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests
  • Maintain all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in accordance with Health Department and restaurant guidelines
