Job Requirements
- Knowledge of tray setups and service ware
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stay on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to understand verbal English for guest requests and written English for safety notices
- Ability to lift, carry, and transport items up to 50 lbs
- No prior experience required
- Ability to learn menu items and garnishes
- Ability to multi-task and stay composed during peak hours
- Ability to self-motivate during slower periods
- Must adhere to Local 122 Collective Bargaining Agreement regulations, with the option to obtain union membership after 90 days of employment

Job Duties
- Set up garnishes for dishes and prepare trays for service
- Stock dishware, silverware, and linens as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Reset trays promptly and efficiently throughout service
- Assist with setting up and breaking down station at beginning and end of shift
- Deliver food orders accurately and in a timely manner to guests
- Maintain ticket times and ensure prompt delivery consistent with quoted times
- Ensure proper plate presentation standards are met before delivery
- Assist with guest requests to ensure satisfaction
- Communicate effectively between servers and kitchen associates
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
