Job Requirements

  • High school education
  • Minimum 1-year experience in restaurant or customer service industry preferred
  • Weekend availability
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to assist team members proactively

Job Qualifications

  • High school education
  • Hospitality or related degrees are a plus
  • Minimum 1-year experience in restaurant or customer service industry
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Knowledge of food and beverage components
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
  • Physical stamina to stand and lift up to 35 pounds

Job Duties

  • Run food and beverages out to correct tables as they appear in the window
  • Check all items for completion, accuracy, and table numbers
  • Communicate with servers and kitchen if something is incorrect or missing from an order
  • Inform guests of Pacific Catch's ingredients and components of food and beverage items
  • Ensure all necessary condiments and appropriate serving implements, dishes, glassware, and utensils are available and clean
  • Assist other team members or managers proactively during downtime
  • Stock to-go roll-ups and server station
  • Exercise care with restaurant equipment to ensure minimum breakage
