Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Ensure each plate is perfectly prepared by tracking cooking times and checking finished products for doneness, appearance, and presentation
- Deliver food to the correct tables ensuring each guest receives their order accurately and promptly
- Support servers to optimize the guest dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service areas
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff about orders and guest needs
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Demonstrate a guest first mindset prioritizing exceptional service
