This role is integral to the smooth functioning of the dining service and is closely associated with positions such as Bussers and Server Assistants. The Food Runner acts as a vital link between the kitchen and the dining area, ensuring that food orders are delivered promptly and with the highest level of care to maintain the quality and presentation standards set by the restaurant. Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • TABC certification
  • Food handler certification
  • 1-2 years experience in full-service restaurant
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift, balance, and carry up to 40 pounds
