Job Duties

  • Exhibit an excellent service attitude and be willing to go out of your way to accommodate guests
  • maintain extensive knowledge of the menu to be able to properly describe food items to guests
  • be flexible and adjust to the changing needs of the restaurant and its guests
  • be able to lift heavy trays and navigate safely throughout the dining room
  • maintain a level of professionalism
  • be considerate and willing to help out fellow teammates
  • work efficiently under pressure and maintain composure during busy hours
  • apply critical thinking to handle difficult guest situations with the best possible solution
  • work calculated, clean, organized and professionally
  • maintain a flawless presence pertaining to Monarch uniform and hygiene standards
  • communicate and report on guests experiences both negative and positive
  • ability to multitask and perform several tasks at once
