Must hold a Safe Food Handler Certificates
be able to lift 50 lbs

Job Duties

Exhibit an excellent service attitude and be willing to go out of your way to accommodate guests
maintain extensive knowledge of the menu to be able to properly describe food items to guests
be flexible and adjust to the changing needs of the restaurant and its guests
be able to lift heavy trays and navigate safely throughout the dining room
maintain a level of professionalism
be considerate and willing to help out fellow teammates
work efficiently under pressure and maintain composure during busy hours
apply critical thinking to handle difficult guest situations with the best possible solution
work calculated, clean, organized and professionally
maintain a flawless presence pertaining to Monarch uniform and hygiene standards
communicate and report on guests experiences both negative and positive
ability to multitask and perform several tasks at once
be a team player and communicate with and support the team
