Job Requirements
- None
- Smile and maintain a positive attitude at all times
- Deliver food from kitchen to appropriate server and assist server with delivery of food to guests
- Perform food preparation duties when needed
- Follow all Chickies & Petes service standards
- Ensure food is handled in a sanitary manner
- Respond appropriately to guest requests and complaints
- Complete beginning, change and end of shift side duties
- Work efficiently and with a sense of urgency
- Provide garnish for specified menu items
- Keep work areas clean
- Attend all scheduled employee meetings
Job Qualifications
- Must consistently assess, anticipate and meet guests’ needs
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, vendors, coworkers and management
- Adapt to different personalities of guests and coworkers
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Understand all Chickie’s & Pete’s products and services
- Perform physical activities such as cleaning, climbing, lifting, and walking
- Stand for long periods of time
- Recognize and resolve problems using good judgement and tact
- Demonstrate general accounting and mathematical skills with point of sale application knowledge
- Speak and write effectively in English
- Occasionally work overtime and assist with others’ workload
Job Duties
- Support servers and serve as liaison between the kitchen, servers and guests
- Ensure hot food is delivered hot and cold food cold to appropriate server and guests
- Provide garnish, presentation and preparation assistance in the kitchen
- Work with expeditor to ensure efficient delivery of food based on restaurant layout
- Check food for quality and presentation before serving
- Deliver to-go orders to host/hostess stand for guest pick up
- Assist in bussing and cleaning responsibilities
