This job opportunity is designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced food service environments and are passionate about supporting seamless restaurant operations. As a team member supporting servers, you will act as an essential link between the kitchen, servers, and guests to ensure that all meals are delivered promptly and correctly. The role involves assisting with food preparation, garnish, and presentation to maintain high standards that meet the restaurant’s quality and visual appeal guidelines. By working closely with the Front of House (FOH) Manager and expeditor, you will contribute to the smooth flow of service from kitchen to table, enhancing guest satisfaction and overall dining experience.

Your responsibilities will range from delivering hot food items hot and cold food items cold to the correct servers or directly to guests, to assisting in bussing, cleaning, and ensuring that the restaurant’s standards for cleanliness and organization are upheld. You will also manage to-go order deliveries and help maintain well-stocked condiment and napkin stations. Active communication and positive interaction with guests, understanding their needs promptly and professionally, is a key aspect of the job. Handling complaints or concerns requires tact and efficiency, ensuring any issues are brought to managerial attention without disrupting the hospitality experience.

This position requires flexibility, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to work well within a team to accomplish daily tasks efficiently. Although there is no stated educational prerequisite, candidates should be able to handle physical activities such as standing for long periods, lifting, and moving within a busy restaurant environment.
