- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Ensure each plate is perfectly prepared by tracking cooking times on all orders
- Check finished product for proper degree of doneness, appearance, and plate presentation
- Deliver food to the correct table guaranteeing every guest receives exactly what they ordered
- Support the server as needed to optimize the guest's dining experience
- Demonstrate a guest first mindset placing a high priority on the guest experience
- Partner with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate timely food delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of food running station
