We are currently seeking an exceptional Food Runner to join our dynamic team at Taverna - Austin Downtown. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and enjoy being on the move. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our guests receive their dishes promptly and accurately. You will act as the vital link between the kitchen and the dining area, delivering dishes swiftly and checking each plate for accuracy, presentation, and alignment with guest preferences. Communication with chefs and servers is key to maintaining a smooth operational flow, and you will also assist servers by serving drinks and helping during peak times. Beyond serving, you will help keep our dining space immaculate by setting tables, clearing plates, and ensuring every guest feels taken care of.

This position demands a passion for hospitality, a team-first mentality, and the physical ability to lift, bend, and carry heavy trays while being comfortable on your feet for extended periods.
