Job Duties
- assist the executive chef/sous chef in the proper set up of the expo line on a daily basis
- assist busser/server in kitchen set up on a daily basis
- pay close attention to detail of all plates being served, proper temperature, garnishes, etc. for all meals for members and guests
- supply server/members with proper or special silverware or china for food items
- prepare all side dishes, underliners and condiments for each shift
- set up, break down, clean, and organize all expo work areas at the beginning and end of shift each day
- wrap and date all food items and store in proper location
- utilize open communication with kitchen, servers and dining room managers regarding all food service issues such as member complaints, depletion or replacement of menu items per chef
- assist with buffet set up and maintenance
