Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- minimum three months of related experience or training preferred
- must be able to read, write and communicate in English
- must be able to perform simple mathematical operations
- must be able to manage cash transactions accurately and securely
- must provide friendly and efficient service to guests and team members
- must have clear and effective communication skills
- must be able to work under pressure
- obtain and maintain a current Food Handler's Card
- obtain and maintain TIPS certification upon employment
- may be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license at the discretion of the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greets guests and provides a welcoming experience at their table
- efficiently expedites food tickets and ensures that high-quality dishes are delivered to the correct tables
- ensures plates are properly garnished and food quality standards are met
- identifies guest seat numbers and announces dishes
- offers condiments and non-alcoholic beverages
- organizes and arranges table settings
- bags to-go orders and meets special requests
- ensures rounds are continuously completed in their assigned section
- buss and resets tables throughout the shift
- maintains communication between guests, front-of-house staff and culinary team
- ensures cleanliness, organization and preparedness of workspaces
- cleans, sanitizes and polishes kitchen equipment
- complies with health and safety requirements including food safety and sanitation standards
- performs other duties as assigned to support department operations
