Job Requirements
- must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to carry trays and heavy plates
- willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- track cooking times on all orders
- check finished products for proper degree of doneness, appearance, and plate presentation
- deliver food to the correct table ensuring guest orders are accurate
- support servers as needed to optimize the guest dining experience

- maintain communication with kitchen and servers to coordinate timely food delivery
- ensure cleanliness and organization of the food running station
