The Food Runner position at Main Event Entertainment plays a crucial role in supporting the front-of-house operations to ensure guests have a memorable dining experience. Food Runners assist servers by managing tasks such as refilling condiments, pre-bussing tables, and helping with quick table turnovers, all while maintaining the cleanliness and ambiance of the dining areas. This role requires a proactive individual who upholds high standards of safety and sanitation, contributes to team efforts, and approaches service with a guest-focused mindset. Responsibilities also include greeting guests, taking drink orders, and timely delivery of food and beverages. Job Duties
- Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
- Assisting with greeting Guests and taking drink orders
- Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating guest needs
- Supporting the Server by refilling condiments, pre-bussing tables, and turning tables
- Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
- Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties
