The Food Runner role is an essential part of ensuring guests receive seamless and memorable dining experiences. As a Food Runner, you will work closely with servers and kitchen staff to deliver perfectly timed, well-presented meals to guests. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for long periods
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties

Ensure each plate is perfectly prepared by tracking cooking times on all orders, checking finished product for proper degree of doneness, appearance, and plate presentation
Deliver food to the correct table, guaranteeing every guest receives exactly what they've ordered, just the way they like it
Support the server as needed to optimize the guest's dining experience
Demonstrate a guest first mindset, placing a high priority on the guest experience
Partner with servers and kitchen staff to deliver a beautifully presented, high quality dining experience
