Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy trays

Job Duties

  • Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to maintain an efficient flow of service
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
  • Anticipate guest needs and assist servers with clearing plates and refilling drinks as needed
