We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Food Expeditor to join our dynamic kitchen and service team. The Food Expeditor plays a crucial role in ensuring that dishes are delivered promptly and accurately from the kitchen to the guests. This position requires a strong sense of urgency, excellent organizational skills, and clear communication with both the kitchen staff and servers. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness in the expo area. Responsibilities include verifying order accuracy, coordinating timing of courses, assisting with garnishing and tray setup, supporting bussers during busy periods, and reporting any delays or guest concerns to management. This role is essential for optimizing the flow of orders and enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests. Candidates with prior restaurant experience are preferred, but thorough training will be provided to motivated individuals. Weekend and evening availability is required to meet the demands of the business. Job Duties

- assist with garnishing, tray setup, and running side work as needed
- support bussers with clearing and resetting tables during high volume
- communicate any delays, issues, or guest concerns to expo or management
