The Food Runner is a crucial part of our service team, acting as the bridge between the kitchen and the guests. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with both kitchen and serving staff, ensuring smooth operations during service times. The role involves multitasking and the ability to respond quickly to special guest requests to uphold high-quality service standards. Food Runners also engage with guests by greeting them warmly, fulfilling their needs attentively, and leaving a positive impression by thanking them and inviting them to come back. They contribute to the venue's overall efficiency by performing side work at the beginning and end of shifts, and by helping with clearing, resetting tables, and maintaining order on the bus carts.
