You will also handle guest requests promptly and efficiently, contributing significantly to the smooth operation of the restaurant.

You will assist servers during less busy periods and ensure your station is well-stocked and clean at all times. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good physical stamina
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties
- Read tickets finish plates and run food or delegate to a team member
- Describe dish being dropped at the guest's table and ensure they are satisfied before returning to the kitchen
- Retrieve any items guests may need to accompany their meal
- Assist servers in side work during down times
- Be sure station is set with all items needed by both the BOH and the FOH
- Maintain a clean workstation
