  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Ensure each plate is perfectly prepared by tracking cooking times on all orders, checking finished product for proper degree of doneness, appearance, and plate presentation
  • Deliver food to the correct table, guaranteeing every Guest receives exactly what they've ordered, just the way they like it
  • Support the Server as needed to optimize the Guest's dining experience
  • Demonstrate a Guest first mindset, placing a high priority on the Guest experience
