As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for picking up prepared food orders from the kitchen and delivering them promptly and accurately to guests. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and carry moderate weights
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Good communication skills

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred

- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
Job Duties
- Picks up food product for orders placed by the service staff and delivers the meal to guests
- Assists the kitchen and service staff as needed to maintain the highest level of food quality, presentation, and timing
- Sets up the front line with necessary equipment, plateware, and smallwares
- Keeps station restocked throughout the shift
- Cleans large and small trays and tray stands for service readiness
- Reads order tickets as they arrive and places onto ticket minder
- Tracks cooking times on all orders and checks finished product for quality and presentation
- Garnishes finished entrees according to house specifications
- Assists servers to optimize the guest dining experience
- Adheres to all safety guidelines and practices
- Reports unsafe conditions, acts, accidents, and injuries
- Completes closing duties correctly at the end of shift
- Assists Chef and kitchen personnel with closing and cleanliness
- Completes assigned side work in front and/or back of house as scheduled
