- Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays or plates and stand for long hours
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Experience in food service preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Deliver food orders from kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately
- Ensure highest quality of food presentation
- Act as point-of-contact between Front of House and Back of House staff
- Communicate food orders and special requests including food allergies
- Ensure food served in accordance with safety standards including proper temperature
- Answer guests' questions about ingredients and menu items
- Perform side work and station setup
