We are currently seeking enthusiastic Food Runners to join our growing team. This role is pivotal to the smooth operation of the dining room and directly impacts the overall guest experience. As a Food Runner at Ancho & Agave, you will be responsible for quickly and accurately delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables. You will ensure that each dish is presented with the highest quality and meets our food safety standards, including proper temperature and hygiene. Acting as the communication link between the Front of House and Back of House staff, you will coordinate orders, prioritize special requests like food allergies, and attend to guests’ questions about menu items and ingredients. This position requires excellent multitasking skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina is essential as you will be carrying trays, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 35 pounds. Working flexible hours is also a necessity, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
