This prestigious club combines historic charm with modern amenities, creating a sophisticated and welcoming environment for its esteemed members and guests. The club operates from Monday through Saturday and closes on major holidays such as Christmas, New Year's Day, and the Fourth of July, reflecting its commitment to both excellence and tradition. Within this renowned establishment, staff members receive top-level training aimed at fostering success and professionalism in one of the most elite hospitality environments. The team at The Fort Worth Club thrives on delivering impeccable service tailored to enhance every experience for members and visitors alike.
This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a distinguished team within a historic club setting. The role primarily involves supporting servers in ensuring smooth service and member satisfaction. Responsibilities include assisting with food preparation for shifts, delivering food to tables, refilling drinks, bussing tables, and setting up or taking down event spaces. The individual must also be adept at following special instructions for a variety of events hosted by the club. The work environment blends kitchen and dining areas, occasionally exposing employees to extreme temperatures. Physical demands require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and endure extended periods of standing and walking. Scheduled work hours typically run Monday through Saturday with occasional requirements for Sundays and holidays during peak business periods. This role does not carry supervisory responsibilities but is essential for maintaining the high standards expected at The Fort Worth Club. Employees must be adaptable and committed as duties and responsibilities may evolve with business needs. This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in an upscale setting, and are eager to contribute to the lasting legacy of a premier private club.
