Job Duties
- Ensure each plate is perfectly prepared by tracking cooking times on all orders, checking finished product for proper degree of doneness, appearance, and plate presentation
- deliver food to the correct table, guaranteeing every guest receives exactly what they've ordered, just the way they like it
- support the server as needed to optimize the guest's dining experience
- demonstrate a guest first mindset, placing a high priority on the guest experience
